RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic planning of online income techniques and online supporter cultivation and engagement programs.
- Budget review, financial forecasting and development of the annual budget.
- Analyze the short and long term performance of online donors and donations.
- Manage, write and produce e-mail fundraising appeals.
- Supervise the generation and capture of online donations for Greenpeace, Inc. and Greenpeace Fund, Inc.
- Supervise the uploading and synchronization of donations and donor data between online and offline data systems.
- Manage, write and produce the annual online renewals program.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with online fundraising affiliates (Care2, Network for Good, JustGive, etc.)
- Research and, where appropriate, implement new online technologies for fundraising and supporter cultivation (SMS text messaging, point-of-sale donations, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE/ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

A minimum of 5 years fundraising experience, preferably in the not-for-profit experience.

Proven history of managing either online or offline fundraising campaigns.

Experience in working the mass online communications.

Experience in managing budgets.

Some background in statistical analysis.
