Terms and conditions: Take a punt on Peter competition

  1. Only one submission per person will be counted.
  2. If there are multiple submissions from a person with the same name or the same email address, only the first submission will be valid.
  3. An incomplete submission may be deemed ineligible.
  4. The competition closes at 5pm on 8 May, 2007 (EST). The winning entry will be drawn after Budget night, 2007, from a pool of correct respondents.
  5. The winner of the Voltaic Solar Backpack will be contacted by phone, email or fax.
  6. If no correct responses are received between the start of the competition on 19 April 2007 and the close at midnight (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on 7 May 2007, then no prize will be given.
  7. Participation is strictly limited to residents of Australia. Staff and contractors of Greenpeace Australia Pacific will be ineligible to claim the prize.
  8. Greenpeace Australia Pacific may vary the terms and conditions of the competition if deemed necessary.
  9. No responsibility for responses lost in transmission via the internet or due to unforeseen circumstances will be taken.
  10. Respondents accept that the judge’s decision is final.
